New to Chetopa? The city provides electricity, water & sewer utility services as well as trash service. To sign up, print and complete this utility contract and drop it by city hall. If you would like the convenience of utility auto-pay, complete this form and bring it with your contract.

Note that the city provides poly carts for use with the city's trash service. Please read this bulletin which explains the policies regarding poly carts.

In December, 2014 the City Council ammended the utility rates. The ordinances detailing the new rate structures are available on the Transparency Portal.
