Chetopa City Court

   Chetopa Municipal Court is located at 618 N 11th St. in the North door.  Court nights are the 1st & 3rd Tuesday's at 6 p.m.  First Appearances are normally scheduled for the 3rd Tuesday of the month.

   For traffic citations you can mail your payment to Chetopa Municipal Court, P.O. Box 705, Chetopa KS  67336.  For no proof of insurance violations: proof of insurance may be faxed to 620-236-7025 or emailed to chetopacity@kans.com.

   For other violations you will need to appear.  If you have a question about your citation you can contact the court at 620-236-7511 Ext. 3 Monday-Friday -8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
